Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities -
 Identifying data storage requirements.
 Determine the storage needs of the company.
 Building reliable data pipelines: a sum of tools and processes that bring data to the user.
 Pipelines connect data between systems and transfer it from one format into
another, ETL processes.
 Run tests to ensure its stability and Debugging.
 Rectify all problems with the warehousing system, Data Validation.
 Performance Tuning & Design and implement solutions for problems arising out of large-
scale data processing.
 Attend/drive various architectural, design, and status calls with multiple stakeholders.
 Ensure end-to-end ownership of all tasks is aligned.
 Design, build & maintain efficient, reusable & reliable code.
 Test implementation, troubleshoot & correct problems.
 Design, develop, test, and implement ETL processes using SSIS for data extraction,
transformation, and loading into the data warehouse.
 Perform complex data transformations and manipulations to ensure data quality and
compatibility with the data warehouse schema.
 Collaborate with business analysts and data modelers to translate data requirements
into ETL mappings and workflows.
 Monitor and optimize ETL processes for performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks
to improve throughput.
 Implement robust error handling and data validation mechanisms within ETL workflows.
 Maintain and enhance existing ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely
support for production incidents.
 Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ETL processes, data
mappings, and workflows.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including database administrators and software
developers, to ensure seamless data integration.
Required Skills & Experience:
 Proven experience 2.5 years in ETL development using Microsoft SQL Server Integration
Services (SSIS).
 Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts, with the ability to write complex queries
and optimize database performance.
 Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and dimensional
modeling principles.
 Experience working with various data sources such as relational databases, flat files, APIs,
and cloud-based data platforms.
 Proficiency in troubleshooting ETL process failures and performance issues.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
collaborative team environment.
 Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security practices is a plus.
 Relevant certifications in ETL or database technologies are desirable.
