Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Noida. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer needs, addressing customer queries and issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and ensure long-term engagement.
