Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ISU DM Consultant to lead the implementation and support of SAP ISU Device Management modules within our organization. The Senior Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand device management requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP ISU DM best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP ISU DM functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, customization, and support of SAP ISU Device Management modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze device management requirements.
• Design and configure SAP ISU DM processes, including device installation, meter reading, device replacement, and device inventory management.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP ISU DM functionalities, best practices, and industry standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users to facilitate the adoption of SAP ISU DM processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ISU DM with other SAP modules (e.g., Billing, CRM) and third-party systems.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP ISU DM modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Stay updated on SAP ISU DM updates, enhancements, and new features to recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience as a SAP ISU DM Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ISU Device Management functionalities, configuration, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ISU DM implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong understanding of utility industry processes and device management workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP ISU certification is a plus.
• Experience with other SAP ISU modules (e.g., Billing, Customer Service) is desirable.
