Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Developer to design, develop, and implement BI solutions using SAP BO tools and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BO tools, including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and BusinessObjects Universe design. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand BI requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP BO tools.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Dashboard Designer.
• Create and maintain BusinessObjects Universes to provide a semantic layer for reporting and analytics.
• Optimize performance and ensure data integrity across BI solutions by implementing best practices and standards.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Participate in BI project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide training and support to end users on SAP BO tools and solutions to maximize adoption and usability.
• Stay current with SAP BO trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects development and implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP BO tools including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboard Designer, and BusinessObjects Universe design.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Experience with SAP HANA or other relational databases is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - BusinessObjects Web Intelligence are preferred.
