Responsibilities
*Responsible for overall Operations with Cost Control.
*Manage the overall operations of the mall by offering the highest quality of services to both retailers and customers, in order to increase footfalls and consumption and offer the customers a good experience.
*Responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management and control of all maintenance, inspection and safety functions.
*Leading & encouraging the team to achieve the desired results.
*Playing key role in finalizing yearly & quarterly Marketing plans & Events for all the malls.
*Involving in successful launch of mall events & promotional activities to ensure additional revenue is getting generated.
*Regular review of individual mall performance & implementing long term plans to revive the mall performance.
*Implementing best market practices for better customer experience.
*Suggesting tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall.
*Involving in review/Negotiation of retailer's annual agreements & ensure agreements are finalized within agreed timeline.
*Ensure revenue collection targets are met within deadlines.
*Implementation of cost control measures and best practices in engineering & facility function for optimal efficiency.
*Review of vendor agreements, performance & on boarding new vendors.
*Leading the digital transformation process for retail function.
*Design & standardization of SOP's across all the malls for effective administration.
