Job Description:

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the overall technical roadmap of the product.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies, tools, and trends to recommend continuous improvements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in software development using the .NET framework.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience with database development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is desirable.
