Job Description:

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives related to human capital management.

  2. Solution Design: Designing comprehensive SAP HCM solutions that align with client requirements, industry best practices, and SAP guidelines.

  3. Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management to meet client specifications.

  4. Integration: Integrating SAP HCM with other modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Materials Management (MM) to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.

  5. Testing and Validation: Conducting thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to client requirements.

  6. Training and Support: Providing end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP HCM solutions and effective utilization of system functionalities.

  7. Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials.

  8. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with SAP HCM best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance client solutions and deliver added value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support projects.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • SAP certification in HCM modules is highly desirable.
