Responsibilities
• Lead multiple pods for delivering to the engineering pipeline.
• Perform PoCs on new tech areas needed in the platform from time to time.
• Developing robust microservices and applications with Spring Boot as backend.
• Work closely with team to develop scalable solutions
• Contribute to the existing the code base
• Translating product requirements in engineering designs, and code
• Iteratively develop next-generation scalable, reliable, flexible, high-performance data
pipeline capabilities and data platforms
• Create scalable APIs to serve ingest and serve data
• Create secure deploymentworkflows
• Be able to connect business and product goals to complex technical tasks
• Manage self-orchestrated secure and scalable platform
Requirements
• Experience of 6+ years in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Proficient on modelling applications on both RDBMS and NOSQL databases
• Good knowledge to design patterns
• Developing high scale applications using best coding practices with design patters
and implementing techniques like sharding & caching
• Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Familiar in Low Level Design and OOPs
• Hands-on experience in SQL
• Ability to learn and work collaboratively on Git
• Strong documentation, customer service and communication skills
• Exposure to frontend development using React
Good to have
• Exposure to timeseries databases
• Understanding of Kubernetes and docker
• Familiarity with Cloud Services, such as AWS or GCP
• Understanding K8s and (Git)DevOps

• Experience with Kafka
