As the Lead .NET Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of .NET engineers to design, develop, and implement software solutions using the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet business objectives and technical standards.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on technical best practices, code quality, and career development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in software development using the .NET framework.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of software engineers.
• Expertise in C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is desirable.
