Responsibilities
●Looking after the in house Retailers Complaints & getting resolved from the relevant department. (Retail Operations) ●Sending Reports & Analyzing. ●Event Organizing. (Marketing) ●Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations) ●Looking after fit out work of brands. (Operation) ●Coordinating with MEP, Security, Housekeeping & Parking Team. ●Making Snag reports. ●Coordinating with the Project team for Mall renovation work. ●Weekly meetings with the out source team members. ●Customer service – CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional manner ●Retail relations – CCE act as the Mall Management voice for a shopping center and therefore must frequently interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement ●Government compliance – Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinances ●Credit control assistance – CCE is responsible for financial aspects of the Mall which including rent , CAM , Utilities collection, parking collection ●Retail and service provider Communication – Responsible can effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including property management, retail management, security staff, Housekeeping , MEP & Parking staff middle management, and more ●Records , Reports and inventory –CCE needs to maintain track inventory, record , record day to day operations SOPS , and other administrative tasks. ●Handling Parking Department. ●Looking after the Parking checklist, Attendance & grooming standard of all staff. ●Coordinating with the retailers & their issues with the concern team & trying to fix their problem ASAP. ●Handling Stilt Parking, LG Parking & Periphery Area. ●Coordinating with the Project team for Mall renovation work.
