Job Title: Architect
Location: Thane & Nagpur

Experience: 3–8 years in architectural design and execution, preferably in luxury residential / mixed-use developments
Strong exposure to high-end finishes, detailing, high-rise residential or villa projects
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and 3D visualization & rendering tools
Solid understanding of building codes, local regulations, approvals & NOCs (MCGM, RERA, Thane Municipal, etc.)
Knowledge of sustainable design / green building practices is an added advantage
