Configure UKG Ready modules such as Time and Attendance, Scheduling, HR, Payroll, and Talent Management to meet client-specific requirements.
Conduct a comprehensive review of the client's current functionality and technology footprint, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop short and long-term solution strategies to enhance Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll processes within the client's environment.
Collaborate closely with the client's team to design, develop, and deploy solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and requirements

6+ years of IT experience & 3+ years of technical support experience with Kronos/UKG Ready in both technical and functional aspects of UKG Ready, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Proficiency in UKG Ready configuration and customization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
UKG Ready Certification or relevant certifications in workforce management systems are highly desirable.
