Designation: Tech. Project Manager (Java)
Location: Okhla New Delhi, South, Delhi
Experience : 3 - 5 years

JD:

· Understanding the project from the planning stage, such as scope of work, deliverables, budget, and resources in order to manage the project successfully.

· Create and execute project work plans and revise accordingly to meet changing needs and requirements.

· Review deliverables and make sure the quality standards are maintained.

· Identify project risks ahead of time and introduce plans to mitigate them.

·Ensure project documents are complete, up to date and stored accordingly.

·Facilitate team and client meetings effectively and hold regular status meetings with projects team.

·Customer facing, gathering specifications and communicating effectively to the development team

·Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines

·Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors & resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.

·Foster a Positive team culture and Encourage Collaboration and team work

·Liaising with development and testing teams during all stages of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements

·Competent in drawing use-case diagrams and writing use-case narration.

Good Analytical skills - well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare proposals, perform financial business cases and data analysis

·Must know how to make Use Cases, Sequence Diagram , and must adhere to processes

Must Have :

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in all facets of the web application development life cycle, from requirement analysis, architecture, design, code, UAT and post-implementation revisions

· Worked on Tools like Java, JSP, Servlets, spring, Struts 1.2, Struts2, Hibernate, Web Services, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, JST, Oracle and Posgress, Java API,JBOSS

· Work on tools like IBM Cognos, ETL and other Data analytical and Dashboard tool will be prefared

Tools

· Project Management, JIRA, Quick Scrum, MS Visio, MS Project, Draw.io

Type of Project

· Experience in Government project development is required

· Experience in Custom portal/MIS development is required

· Experience in COTS based solution is required
