Key Responsibilities:
Lead a cross-functional team of full-stack developers and QA engineers delivering enterprise SaaS functionality.
Own architecture decisions, technical direction, and ensure consistent code quality and performance.
Guide development on PHP (Laravel/Symfony), React/Redux frontend, and microservices deployed on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
Drive release planning and deployment cycles (staged pipeline: dev -> staging -> production).
Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
Support secure and scalable content distribution across web and mobile clients.
Coach team members, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in full-stack SaaS product development.
Deep hands-on experience in PHP (Laravel/Symfony), React/Redux, and MySQL/Redis.
Proven experience deploying on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
Familiarity with scalable content platforms or document management systems is a plus.
