1. Epic Systems Administration:
Epic System Components: Deep understanding of Epic systems architecture, components, and infrastructure. Certifications in Epic system administration are mandatory.
User Management: Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions for secure and efficient access to functionalities.
System Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of Epic system performance to ensure optimal operation and rapid issue resolution.
Data Security: Implementing and maintaining robust security protocols to protect sensitive patient data and comply with healthcare regulations.
System Updates: Applying patches and updates to ensure the Epic system remains up-to-date with the latest features and security enhancements.
Training and Support: Providing training and troubleshooting support to end-users for effective system utilization.
2. Migration of Epic Systems to Azure Cloud:
Planning and Evaluation: Collaborating with Microsoft and Epic to evaluate migration requirements and develop a comprehensive plan.
Infrastructure Setup: Designing and setting up Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components, tailored to the Epic system.
Data Migration: Seamless migration of data from on-premises Epic systems to Azure Cloud, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
Testing and Validation: Conducting rigorous testing to validate Epic system performance, functionality, and security within the Azure environment.
Go-Live and Support: Leading go-live activities and providing continuous post-migration support to ensure a smooth transition for end-users
