4+ yrs IT operations, including multi-supplier management
Experience in incident management, SIAM/ITSM, and data analytics
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Must have ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules
ServiceNow CSA (preferred)
