1. Must have experience working as Technical Architect for architecting and designing platform at enterprise level .
2. Must have worked on multiple ServiceNow module like CMS, Custom App, custom Integration, SPM, HRSD, ITMS etc.
3. Should have done multiple implementation projects and must know Domain separated instances, encryption , decryption.
4. Should have experience in providing solutions for process standardization.
5. Must have any of these certifications related to ServiceNow.
6. Must have worked in cross functional teams.
7. Good to have experience in FAO domain [Finance , Accounting and Operation].
8. Experience in global client engagements.
