Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and platform-level architecture.
Certifications:
Must hold at least one ServiceNow certification such as:
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Additional certifications are a strong plus.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience working on multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to:
CSM (Customer Service Management)
HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
ITSM (IT Service Management)
ITOM (IT Operations Management)
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
CMS, Custom Applications, and Custom Integrations
Deep understanding of domain-separated instances, data encryption/decryption, and RDBMS data retrieval.
Demonstrated ability to provide architectural solutions for process standardization.
Project & Client Engagements:
Must have led or contributed to multiple end-to-end implementation projects.
Prior experience working in cross-functional, global teams is essential.
Strong client-facing and consulting skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
Experience with global client engagements is preferred.
Leadership & Communication:
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Additional Preferences:
Experience in the Finance, Accounting, and Operations (FAO) domain is a plus.
Should have experience architecting and designing ServiceNow platforms at an enterprise level.
No experience in BMC Remedy or production support is required.
This role does not involve ServiceNow Administration responsibilities.
