Responsibilities:
Managing multiple federal and commercial projects
Performing and coordinating engineering design
Maintain project schedule and budgets
Coordinating with and mentoring EIT’s
Collaborating with designers
Client management
Consultant coordination
Preparing feasibility reports and cost estimates
Business development and growth
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Registered Professional Engineer within the state
Minimum 10 years of experience
Excellent time management skills, organizational and communication abilities
Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge in CAD software
Project Management
Work with clients, consultants, and contractors through all phases of project, including:
o Scope Determination
o Proposal Preparation/Contract Execution
o Feasibility

o Permitting
o Construction
o Occupancy/Acceptance

Manage profitability, including:
o Control Scope Creep

Salary: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
