Job Description

Configuration experience of Job Information, Compensation Information country specific Employee data as well as the Foundation data
Worked and modified Employee central Succession, CSF Succession, Corporate, Rules and other data models through XML
Configured complex Business Rules in particular portlet(Job Information)
Created Cross portlet Rules (If a field is changed in Job Info affects other field in the compensation Information)
Configured HRIS Sync from EC to other data like employee file- One direction based
Successfully executed time off rule scenarios based on validation with EC employee data. 
Moving Time Off to pre-production, production instance using imports/export’s option.
Running Time Off Sync reports for moving Time Types, Time Account Types, Rules and Time Profiles to pre-production and production instance
Configuration of MDF objects like Position management, Payroll Timesheet, Time Management
Involved in discussions with SAP HCM on-premise team and help them by providing data mapping sheets for integration.
Integration experience of data replication from EC to SAP HCM S4 HANA
Conducted global design and requirement gathering workshops for Recruiting Management
Configuration exp. In Job requisition template, Candidate Profile template and Candidate Data model XML for complex client requirement
Exp. In design and build decisions around Administrator role & permission setup for multiple departments
Configuration exp. Candidate interview question setup Offer letter configuration for multiple departments & locations across instances
Configuration exp. in Recruitment agency set up & Candidate status pipe line configuration
Configuration exp. In Configured Career Site Builder for Recruiting Marketing
Configuration exp. In Route map configuration for job requisition approvals Configured candidate notification templates
Configuration exp. In Lead solution design for building integration between Onboarding and Employee central
Developed Confidential Reports for Requisition Status, Candidate Pipeline, Hires Report, Source Report, and Time to fill Reports.
Configured the RBP Design for Recruiting and Onboarding.
Designed the interfaces between RCM to SAP and Onboarding to SAP for all new hires, job codes, job families and roles.
