Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies required to successfully implement SAP solutions.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, communicate project progress, and manage expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that SAP solutions meet quality standards and fulfill the requirements specified by stakeholders.
Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to minimize resistance and ensure smooth transition to new SAP systems.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with SAP implementation partners and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and other relevant artifacts.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or SAP certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of X years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP implementation projects. Experience in leading cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionality, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, etc. Hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) is required.
Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP systems.
Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred. SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate) are a plus.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution in a timely manner.
