SAP Plant Maintenance and Customer Service Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience.
Should have at least 2 end to end Implementation experience in S4 HANA (1609 and above)
SAP Equipment and Tools Management knowledge is essential.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes of Plant Maintenance and Customer Service Modules and its Integration with other modules such as Finance, Logistics, Projects, CO modules.
Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPSDesign and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPSBusiness Blueprint preparation, Master Data preparation, User Manual preparation, User training, Authorization and Role matrix preparation, Cutover activities and Golive support.
Prepare detailed functional specs for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms.
Hands on experience in creating ETM equipment, usage in projects and financial settlement of cost towards projects and service orders (time based/performance based functionality within ETM).
Experience required in SAP implementations in the ETM domain including knowledge of SAP Best Practices in construction business.
Strong knowledge in Warranty and Permits functionalities.
Should have worked on all standard processes such as Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Refurbishment process, Overhauling process, Fleet management etc.
Experience in configuring Resource related billing functionality.
Excellent communication and client handling skills required
