Active participation in SAP roll out, Support day to day issues related to SAP MM/WM and GST support. Support in successful completion of current SAP Systems Assessment study & BBP Phase as part of all Projects for MM/WM and GST module SAP roll out. Support day to day issues related to MM/WM, GST module for Glenmark which includes high level of customization & configuration, unit testing, integration testing.
Implement and tests resolutions for incidents affecting SAP MM/WM. Implement resolution roll-back plan, and Corrective Action Preventive Action(CAPA) if required Develops, implement and tests resolutions for identified problems affecting SAP MM/WM. Responsible for change builds in MM/WM, testing changes, and documenting test results. Builds and deploys release in production and disaster recovery environments, and performs post-release checks.
