Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience configuring SAP Payroll (EC Payroll or HCM Payroll).
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of U.S. and/or Canadian Payroll, including compliance reporting and country-specific requirements.
• Proven experience in:
o Payroll catalog setup, including collective bargaining agreements and wage type configuration.
o Off-cycle payroll processing and levy management.
o Garnishment reporting, configuration, and management.
o Payroll integration with third-party systems and BSI Tax Factory.
o Tax reporter configuration and payroll testing.
o Month-end accrual configuration.
• Track record of delivering at least 4 full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Highly self-motivated and able to operate independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with the Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• Familiarity with process automation tools and optimization strategies.
