Candidates should have 3+ years on the HCM platform. Personnel Administration, Org Management, Time Management, Payroll – India, ESS & MSS.
Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes. Coordinate with the stakeholders during the requirement gathering and execution phases. Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration, and Testing the complete process cycles. Possess strong knowledge of Organization Management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS. Should have strong knowledge of Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management. Integration knowledge across modules. Good to have exposure to PSU processes. Involved with the technical team in providing the functional specifications and testing of client business processes. Involved in user training workshops, documentation, and handling day-to-day issues. Should have good communication skills and be able to successfully conduct Workshops. Should have Good Communication Skills. Should have experience in handling a team. Client interfacing. Experience in migration project, BIB replication. Excellent interpersonal skills.
