Job Description:

As an SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Financials and Controlling modules to meet the business requirements of our clients. Your primary focus will be on analyzing financial processes, designing solutions, and providing expertise in SAP FICO module functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Your role will involve:

1. Requirement Gathering: Interacting with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to financial accounting, controlling, and reporting.

2. Solution Design: Designing and proposing solutions using SAP FICO module functionalities to address the identified business needs effectively.

3. Configuration and Customization: Configuring SAP FICO module settings to align with business processes and performing necessary customizations to meet specific requirements.

4. Implementation and Testing: Leading or participating in SAP FICO module implementation projects, conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

5. Training and Support: Providing training to end-users and support teams on SAP FICO functionalities, resolving issues, and troubleshooting technical problems.

6. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and optimization of SAP FICO module functionalities.

7. Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to SAP FICO configurations, processes, and procedures.

8. Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and governance standards related to financial accounting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., SAP FICO certification) preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP Financials and Controlling module implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering results within tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and services.
