Position: Consultant (2+ Years) • Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers • Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager, recording and advising team members and management on issues and needed adjustments. • Maintaining and majoring Availability systems: Perform Health Checks – production /Non-production • Provide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructure • Knowledge of Batch Jobs, Interface, Channel monitoring. • Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the basis technical issues to the customer • Understanding of Kernel upgrades • Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities.
Desired Skills and Experience • 2 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as a basis administrator in a medium or large size firms • 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS in multiple SAP Products • Should have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills Personal Skills:
Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good team player and quick learner. Education: • Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems / Computer application.
