Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of HRMS products in the Indian market, focusing on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals based on Scope of Work (SOW) and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain a timely payment collection process and renew customer accounts effectively.
  • Conducted face-to-face meetings and demonstrated proven experience in closing deals.
  • Act as an individual contributor within a team and manage customer relationships efficiently.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of HRMS product sales experience is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to generate self-leads and convert them into sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in client management and renewal processes. 
  • Experience:- 4-6 Years
