Job Description

  • Gathering, qualifying, and documenting business needs.
  • Defining and documenting use cases.
  • Defining software architecture
  • Providing level 3 support.
  • Troubleshoot production issues.
  • Program and test in Java
  • Working in an Agile Team
  • Also, knowledge about requirement and test management with Windchill RV&S
  • Root cause analysis.

Technical skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment.
  • In depth understanding of the PTC Integrity LM as a product and solution for customer 
  • Experience with installing, implementing, and configuring PTC Integrity LM.
  • Collaborate closely with business team in defining the application gaps and  - Experience in Integrity Administration and Configuration.
Experience in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML and other web technologies
