**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate remotely with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine scope and create accurate estimates.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budgets for hospitality construction projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project plans.
- Continuously update and maintain a comprehensive cost database for accurate estimating.
- Participate in the development of project proposals and presentations.
- Provide guidance on value engineering and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to address questions and provide support during the pre-construction phase.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an estimator in the hospitality construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus.
