Responsibilities: • Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with the company’s goals and customer needs. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
Requirement Gathering: Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch analysis and ongoing product improvements. • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on product progress, challenges, and successes. • Metrics & KPIs: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making. • Agile Practices: Utilize agile methodologies to manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Qualifications: • Experience: 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in the fintech industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Understanding of software development processes and technologies; experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional products that meet those needs.
