JOB DESCRIPTION:

Derive and define business requirements in discussions with business functions/users
Manage IT Partners for above activities and ensure they meet requisite SLAs/contract obligations
Lead the implementation and execution plan of Business Intelligence and Analytics related projects that meet business objectives, long term strategies and IT standards.
Identify opportunities to innovate
Define Business Cases to justify a project need
Serve as a subject matter expert of business data and database structures.
Meet with customers to understand data requests, work with them to identify and close requirements gaps
Prepare detailed cost estimates including project costs, software, hardware, training, implementation
Define project plans using any project management tool such as MS Project
Track, monitor and communicate status of projects to stakeholders
Resolve issues related to projects
Manage project risks
On-time and on-budget delivery
Ensure quality norms are met
Post implementation, provide requisite support to users and manage enhancements and defects
Interact with other Project Managers to smoothly achieve IT Function Objectives
Ensure that requisite processes, policies and standards are implemented and adhered to
Interact with other IT teams in ensuring smooth implementation
Identify and implement improvement opportunities for optimizing costs, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency and increase revenue
Keep abreast of industry trends and technology. Manage tech standards.
