JOB DESCRIPTION:

Understanding operational processes related to Demand Planning and forecasting, and their linkage to other business processes.
Identifies gaps in operations and presents process improvement solutions that can be considered while designing Oracle processes. This includes opportunities for Digitization and automation.
Creates/facilitates documentation and maintenance of assigned systems and process flow.
Contributes as Subject Matter Expert for Planning related inputs for system enhancement, estimation of efforts required, testing, timely completion of activities, problem debugging.
Works closely and cohesively with ERP Team and Emerson local and Global Team members.

Trains/ Facilitates training of other team members.

For This Role, we need:

Demand Planning and master scheduling process knowledge
Experience in operational environment and ERP.

Shift – General

Working Days :- 6 days

Remote – Initially for 2-month Work location will be Anand , Gujarat after that employee can work in Hybrid model.

Budget – As per industry standards
