Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Support Implementation: Assist senior consultants in implementing SAP PPQM modules, including production planning, quality management, and shop floor control. Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
System Configuration: Learn to configure SAP PPQM modules based on business requirements under the guidance of senior consultants. Assist in setting up master data, production planning parameters, quality inspection processes, and quality notification settings.
Documentation: Assist in documenting SAP PPQM configurations, process flows, and user manuals. Maintain accurate documentation of configuration changes, test scripts, and training materials.
Testing: Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Execute test scripts, record test results, and report defects to senior consultants for resolution.
User Training: Learn to conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP PPQM functionality, processes, and best practices. Provide support to end-users during training sessions and assist with resolving user queries.
Production Support: Provide assistance to end-users in troubleshooting issues related to SAP PPQM functionality, configuration, and data. Escalate complex issues to senior consultants for resolution.
Reporting and Analytics: Assist in developing reports and dashboards in SAP PPQM using standard SAP reporting tools. Learn to analyze production and quality KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SAP PPQM features, functionalities, and best practices. Participate in training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
SAP Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP concepts and modules. Familiarity with SAP PPQM is a plus but not required. Willingness to undergo training and gain certification in SAP PPQM.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and understand complex business processes.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn from senior consultants.
