JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
    • Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
    • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews.
    • Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance management best practices.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs and initiatives.
    • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  5. HR Administration:

    • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
    • Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
