Job Description

1. Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls of potential customers and introduce and promote our home loan products.
2. Customer Interaction:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate loan solutions.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application process.
3. Loan Advisory:
• Explain various home loan options available, including interest rates, tenure, and repayment terms, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assess customer financial profiles and advise on the best loan product suited to their circumstances.
4. Application Assistance:
• Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring they understand all requirements and necessary documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely submission of documents and complete loan applications.
5. Sales Targets:
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion, loan applications, and disbursals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
6. Database Management:
• Accurately update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and outcomes are logged for future reference.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data at all times.
7. Feedback and Reporting:
• Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer interactions, common objections, and market trends.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
