Job Description

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive digital strategy tailored to the real estate industry, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Oversee Real Estate Digital Channels: Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, property listing platforms, and digital advertising to maximize visibility and lead generation for properties.
  • Website and Property Portals: Lead the management and optimization of the company’s website, property listings, and customer portals to ensure an engaging and seamless user experience that drives conversions.
  • CRM & Lead Management: Implement and optimize CRM tools to ensure efficient lead capture, management, and nurturing, resulting in improved customer engagement and higher sales.
  • Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Digital Innovation in Real Estate: Explore and implement emerging technologies such as virtual tours, 3D property walkthroughs, AR/VR experiences, and chatbot integrations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate Sales Teams: Work closely with sales and property management teams to align digital marketing efforts with real estate market trends and customer demands.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, encouraging creativity and data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver maximum return on investment.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and digital platforms to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
