Perform daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculations and financial analysis.
Apply reasonable accounting knowledge to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Collaborate with the IT department to enhance financial systems and databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to NAV calculations.
Budget-- 6 -7 Lpa
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Entry-level knowledge of databases and coding; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
