Job Description

Overview*

Responsible for overseeing the entire operations process & for ensuring operations deadlines are met while maintaining quality

*Skills Required*

Technical / Computer / Communication skills 

 Must have excellent computer skills, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word etc. 

standards.

- Looking after the in house Retailers Complaints & getting resolved from relevant department.

- Sending Reports & Analyzing.

- Event Organizing & Marketing

- Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations)

- Looking after fit out work of brands.

- Coordinating with MEP, Security, Project Team ,House Keeping & Parking Team

- Making Snag reports.

- Weekly meetings with the out source team members.

- Required to interact with patrons on a daily basis.

- Must interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement.& try to fix their problem ASAP. 
 Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinances

- Credit control assistance

- Retail and service provider Communication

- Maintain Records , Reports and inventory

- Coordinating with the retailers & their issues with the concern team.
