The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casino management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Gaming Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a fair and professional manner, while also providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. You will manage a team of dealers, supervisors, and other gaming staff, ensuring that they adhere to all company policies and procedures.
